Returns and Withdrawal

In short

  • You have 14 days to cancel your order without giving a reason. This applies to cosmetics.
  • Tell us at info@kbeautyone.com; we e-mail you the return instructions.
  • You may examine the product as you would in a shop.
  • If an item is faulty or wrong, we cover every cost.
  • The one exception that matters for cosmetics: sealed goods whose hygiene seal was broken after delivery, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

1. The 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period ends 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where several goods in one order are delivered separately, it runs from the day you receive the last item.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the period expires.

2. How to tell us

Inform us by an unequivocal statement to info@kbeautyone.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We will e-mail return instructions and the return destination; no return address is published here.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (by e-mail).

3. Sending the goods back

Send the goods back, or hand them over to us, within 14 days of the day you told us you were withdrawing.

Send the item only to the return destination given in our e-mail, not to the registered office.

Please include your order number — refunds are faster that way.

4. Who pays for the return

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of sending the goods back. This is disclosed before you confirm the order.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or wrong, we always pay the return cost.

5. Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery charge, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.

  • We refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fee for the refund.
  • If you chose a more expensive delivery type than our cheapest standard delivery, we refund the standard delivery cost.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

6. Condition of the goods and diminished value

You may handle and inspect the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — as you would in a shop.

If their value is reduced by handling beyond that (for example, the product has been used, or the packaging destroyed), we may deduct compensation for that diminished value from your refund. You do not lose the right of withdrawal because of it.

7. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery — that is, where the hygiene seal, protective film or safety sticker has been broken;
  • goods made to your individual specification.

What this means in practice. Cosmetics are not non-returnable as a class. The exception applies only to a genuinely hygiene-sealed item that becomes unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons when its seal is broken after delivery. If the seal is intact, or no such seal exists, the 14-day right applies normally.

8. Damaged, wrong or missing items

Write to info@kbeautyone.com within a reasonable time of delivery, quote your order number and attach a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, and we pay the postage.

This is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal — these are your statutory rights for lack of conformity, which last two years from delivery.

9. Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not shipped yet we can usually cancel it immediately — e-mail info@kbeautyone.com with your order number. That is quicker than a formal withdrawal.
