Delivery times<\/h2>\n<p>After payment confirmation, our fulfilment partner\u2019s warehouse prepares and dispatches the order <strong>on the next business day<\/strong> via LP EXPRESS. Transit after dispatch to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia normally takes <strong>1\u20133 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We process orders on business days. Public holidays and peak periods can add time; we will tell you if that happens.<\/p>\n<p>If we fail to deliver within the agreed period you may ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period; if we miss that too, you may terminate the contract and get a full refund.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>We e-mail you a tracking number when your parcel leaves us.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Correct address<\/h2>\n<p>Please check the delivery address before confirming. Where a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, the cost of re-sending is borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Uncollected parcels<\/h2>\n<p>If a parcel is not collected from a locker or courier within the carrier&#39;s holding period it comes back to us. Contact <code>info@kbeautyone.com<\/code> \u2014 we will arrange re-delivery or refund the goods.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Damaged parcels<\/h2>\n<p>If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier&#39;s document or photograph it and write to <code>info@kbeautyone.com<\/code>.
