The seller<\/h2>\n<p>The online shop <strong>kbeautyone.com<\/strong> is operated, and goods on it are sold, by <strong>MB Onebalt<\/strong>. Who these terms apply to<\/h2>\n<p>These terms form the contract of sale between you and MB Onebalt and apply to every order placed on kbeautyone.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.<\/p>\n<p>If you are buying outside your trade or profession you are a consumer, and all Lithuanian and EU consumer rights described here apply to you in addition. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.<\/p>\n<h2>3. How the contract is formed<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>You select goods and add them to the basket.<\/li>\n<li>At checkout you see the final price, the delivery cost and the delivery method.<\/li>\n<li>You press <strong>&quot;Order and pay&quot;<\/strong>. From that moment an obligation to pay arises.<\/li>\n<li>We send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you gave. <strong>The contract is concluded when that confirmation is sent.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The confirmation sets out the terms of your order, information about the right of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form. Please keep it.<\/p>\n<p>If an ordered item is unavailable we will tell you and refund what you paid for it; no contract is formed for that item.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Prices and taxes<\/h2>\n<p>All prices are in <strong>euro (EUR)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>MB Onebalt is not VAT-registered, so VAT is not added to the listed product prices. The website price is the final price of the item.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery cost is added separately and is always shown before you confirm the order. The total payable is shown at the final checkout step.<\/p>\n<p>Prices may change, but a confirmed order is charged at the price you saw when you placed it.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is available through <strong>Paysera bank links<\/strong>. We dispatch after payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 24 hours. Ordinary bank transfer is not offered as a checkout method.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery zones, prices and timings are set out on the <strong><a href=\"\/en\/shipping\/\">Shipping<\/a><\/strong> page, which forms part of these terms.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Your 14-day right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> without giving any reason. This right applies to cosmetics too. The full procedure, deadlines, exceptions and model form are on the <strong><a href=\"\/en\/returns\/\">Returns and withdrawal<\/a><\/strong> page, which also forms part of these terms.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Product quality and your statutory rights<\/h2>\n<p>The product characteristics and ingredients are described on each product page and its packaging.<\/p>\n<p>If goods do not conform to the contract \u2014 damaged, faulty, the wrong item, the wrong quantity, or not as described \u2014 you have statutory rights for <strong>two years<\/strong> from the day the goods were handed over to you. You may require replacement or a refund; where the defect is minor you may require a proportionate price reduction.<\/p>\n<p>These rights are separate from, and not limited by, the 14-day right of withdrawal. Where goods are defective, we pay the return postage.<\/p>\n<p>Write to <code>info@kbeautyone.com<\/code> with your order number and, if you can, a photo \u2014 that resolves it fastest.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Using cosmetics<\/h2>\n<p>Cosmetic products are for external use in accordance with the manufacturer&#39;s instructions on the packaging. Check the ingredient list before use \u2014 information on this site is provided for guidance and does not replace the information on the packaging. If you have a skin condition, allergies or any doubt, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Nothing on this site is medical advice.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Your account<\/h2>\n<p>An account is not required \u2014 you can order as a guest. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us at <code>info@kbeautyone.com<\/code> if you suspect unauthorised use.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Complaints and dispute resolution<\/h2>\n<p>Please contact us first at <code>info@kbeautyone.com<\/code>. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country of their habitual residence.<\/p>\n<h2>14. Changes<\/h2>\n<p>We may amend these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
